Purpose: To honor a member of the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association who works diligently and consistently to promote the goals and objectives of the Association. Criteria: One such award may be presented by the Executive Director at the annual THSBCA Convention to the active coaching designee who makes a significant and positive impact on the Association through unselfish, dedicated, and loyal work ethic. Selection shall be open to coaches who have current membership and a minimum membership of five (5) years in the Association. Nomination and Selection: Any current member of the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association may submit a completed nomination form to the Executive Director of the THSBCA by October 1 for consideration of the THSBCA Officers who will review the nominations and select a designee as applicable at the Annual Fall Officers Meeting.
