THSBCA Annual Convention and Coach School: Vendor Information

ANNUAL CONVENTION AND COACHING SCHOOL 

DATES: JANUARY 8TH THRU 10, 2015

LOCATION: WACO CONVENTION CENTER, WACO, TEXAS

About the show: The 2015 show will be on Thursday, Jan. 8th thru Saturday, Jan. 10th.

 Exhibit booths will need to be set-up on Thursday, Jan. 8th beginning at 12:30 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

Daily Show Times are:

Thursday Jan. 8th:                4:00-7:00

Friday, Jan. 9th:                   9:00 am -5:00 pm

Saturday Jan. 10th:               8:30 a.m.-12 Noon

 

Continued for 2015

In appreciation for the continued support of all the exhibitors we would like to set up an exhibitor’s time on Saturday morning.  Beginning at 9:15 to 10:00 we will not have speakers but will concentrate all efforts for the exhibitors.  During this time we would like to give out door prizes, cash prizes etc. whatever your company wants to give away.  You would be able to make a final pitch to the coaches without any interruptions.  This is on a trial bases and our hope is that it becomes beneficial to you, your company as well as the coaches in Texas.

Attention:

Once the show starts we would hope that all exhibitors stay until noon on Saturday.

 

Exhibit Booths:

The Exhibit Booths are 10 x 10 ft. and come with a 6ft. table covered with skirtage and 2 side chairs.  The cost for the space is $525.00 per booth.  If an additional space is required the charge is $450.00.  There is limited space for pitching machines against the back wall, these spaces are reserved for machines that will be used in demonstrating the machines.  The price for these spaces are $800.00.
